🎂 2. Orders, Pricing & Shop Policies

A. In-Store Orders

All ice cream, soft serve, water ice, toppings and celebration cakes are prepared fresh daily at 1412 Waynewood Road. Prices, flavors and availability may change without notice based on seasonality and Pennsylvania dairy supply.

B. Custom Cakes & Catering

• Custom cake orders require at least 48 hours notice. Call 610-862-9888 to confirm.
• Large party packs and catering for Wayne, Havertown, Ardmore & Bryn Mawr require advance payment.
• Cancellations for custom cakes within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, as they are handcrafted for you.

C. No Online Payments

We do NOT process payments on manoaicecream.com. All payments are handled securely in-store at 1412 Waynewood Road. Online prices are estimates only.

Everything on manoaicecream.com, Our logo, photos of our 28+ flavors, text, design and “Manoa Ice Cream” name is owned by us and protected by USA copyright law.

• You may not copy, reuse or distribute our menu images, logo or content without written permission from our team at 1412 Waynewood Road.
• You may share a link to our website (like manoaicecream.com/) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
